Passionate about homes and construction from an early age, René Doucet served 25 years in the Canadian Forces before moving into construction, opening his own renovation company in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
The contractor then relocated to Quebec City to pursue a career in inspection, earning a diploma in Building Inspection from Urban Studies. Certified and affiliated with Réseau-IBC, he founded Kalité Inspection in 2019 with the aim of helping new homeowners make an informed decision.
Marc-Antoine Mondoux
Residential inspector
Marc-Antoine Mondoux developed a passion for buildings and construction at a young age, inspired by his grandfather. After a successful career as a sales director, he decided to return to his true aspirations and specialize in residential inspection.
Graduating in Building Inspection from The Urban Studies in 2021, Marc-Antoine joined René Doucet’s team at Kalité Inspection in 2023. With a keen eye and a professional approach, he assists homeowners and buyers in making informed decisions, leveraging his expertise to provide them with peace of mind.
